Programme Description

The Parent Licence is a transformative 13-week journey that equips parents with the tools, self-awareness, and cultural understanding needed to raise healthy, happy children in the UK. It blends life coaching, emotional wellbeing, practical parenting strategies, and digital literacy all rooted in real-life challenges and opportunities. The course is especially helpful for parents who’ve migrated from cultures where parenting norms differ from UK expectations.

Participants will explore family dynamics, discipline strategies that comply with UK safeguarding laws, emotional communication, and how to support their children in a digital world. By the end, they will gain both a personal growth roadmap and a symbolic “Parent Licence” celebrating their journey.

What Is the Parent Licence?

At the end of the programme, each parent receives:

  • A Parent Licence Certificate — symbolic proof of effort, learning, and growth
  • A Personal Growth Roadmap — based on their Wheel of Life and parenting reflections
  • Ongoing access to check-ins and community groups for support beyond the course

Optional Add-Ons

  • 📝 Parent Theory Booklet – A printed or digital guide summarising lessons
