Who We Are
Ubuntu Pledge CIC is a community-rooted social enterprise founded by parents, designers, techies and professionals united by one goal: to give back through lived experience.
We've faced the uncertainty of youth, parenting challenges, housing instability and the shift to a digital world. We see what others face too: young adults disconnected from opportunity, parents and elders overwhelmed by tech, and small organisations left behind by rapid change.
As life moves increasingly online, Ubuntu Pledge responds with compassion and action — offering practical coaching, digital inclusion and practical support for individuals, families, grassroots groups and large organisations.
Grounded in the African philosophy of Ubuntu — “I am because we are” — we listen, walk with people and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.

As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we operate through a balanced framework that integrates enterprise and social good.
60% Enterprise Revenue – Generated through fee-based services, consultancy and training contracts to ensure financial sustainability.
40% Social Good – Delivered through free or subsidised community programmes, supported by grants, local and government funding, partnerships and social investment.
This structure enables us to scale sustainably while remaining deeply committed to underserved communities.
